Data Management
For effective information management, data must be stored in expandable formats
that are easy to maintain and analyse. ORDS is experienced in building databases
for a variety of applications, to manage either small data resources or larger,
more complex datasets.
ORDS understands the value of clean data that is accurate, consistent and without
duplication. For example, databases often hold multiple inconsistent entries
for the same cases, without linking them (often as a result of repeat service
use) - and such 'dirty' data distorts analysis and increases costs. With this
in mind, ORDS uses data protocols and cross referencing procedures to eradicate
erroneous data.
Once an effective database or series of linked data sources is in place, ORDS
offers further utilisations of these resources - for example, using content
management systems for variable web or printed forms and additional data capture.
